DISPOSAL
You have to hand to to the vikings, they may have roamed around Europe raping and pillaging but they knew how to do a bloody good funeral - pushed out to sea in a burning ship, that's classy. Probably not practical in Hertfordshire sadly. Seriously though a sea burial or some kind of pyre would be good. No religious reason, they just happen to appeal to me.

MUSIC
Well, apart from a good selection of records (list to follow), a huge Russian naval choir singing "O Fortuna" would be fantastic. I'd also like a dixieland band (like the one at the start of "Live and Let Die"), a gospel choir, and some gregorian chanters. I want to actually go up in flames to the theme tune from "Roobarb and Custard" on a loop. RECORDS (This list will change almost daily): These 20 records are not my "top 20" tracks, they just cover my broad tastes. Some are jokey some more serious. I Want You Back..........The Jackson 5 (no gag intended it's just an incredible song) Do Anything You Wanna Do..........Eddie And The Hot-Rods Welcome To The Terrordome..........Public Enemy Wandering Stars..........Portishead Download..........Super Furry Animals Band Of Gold..........Freda Payne God Only Knows..........The Beach Boys Here Comes The Sun..........The Beatles Kick Out The Jams..........MC 5 I Want You..........Bob Dylan Race For The Prize..........The Flaming Lips Sing,Sing,Sing..........Benny Goodman Unfinished Sympathy..........Massive attack Sunday Morning..........The Velvet Underground Heroes..........David Bowie Like A Prayer..........Madonna Born To Be Alive..........Patrick Hernandez Troika............Prokofiev No Good..........The Prodigy The Ace Of Spades..........Motorhead

READINGS
Catch 22, definately. Something from "Love and Death" as well and some Hunter S. Thompson.
