DISPOSAL
I would like my ashes scattered from the Balcombe Viaduct as the 10:06 from Worthing passes by.

COFFIN
A cardboard box. Ashes to be transferred to the old Oxo tin I've used as a sandwich box for years.

RELIGION
A bit of early Christianity, some English Paganism, Western Buddhism and old-school Communism. 'A joyful noise unto the Lord'.

GUESTS
Open to all, an absolute free-for-all - friends and enemies. Colourful dress please.

MUSIC
'Bring Me Sunshine' by Morecambe & Wise as the coffin is carried in. 'Dress Sharp, Play Well, Be Modest' by Devon Sproule, 'Trellick Tower' by Emmy The Great. A rousing 'Bread of Heaven' and 'The Red Flag' from the congregation. 'Remember me' by Christie Hennessy to end.

READINGS
Something by TS Eliot, selected readings from 'Carrying The Elephant' by Michael Rosen,'The Soldier' by Rupert Brooke.

EPITAPH
'Try again, fail again, fail better' Samuel Beckett

OBITUARY
He always tried, and was far more interested in having a go and doing it than in talking and theorising.
