DISPOSAL
Not sure about this one yet... At this point in my life I'd like being buried as much as being set on fire (whether it be on land or in the sea). If I was to be cremated, I'd probably ask for my ashes to be scattered in nature.

RELIGION
Because I am not religious and do not believe in all the make-belief spirituality surrounding any of them, I guess I'd have to go with a simple irreligious 'ceremony' at my deathbed.
